Following dashboard implementation and deeper data analysis, Regent’s University London reduced its print fleet by 55%, moving from 67 devices to 30, while improving the user experience through better-placed print hubs and more efficient support processes. The university also identified opportunities to reduce annual costs by more than £100,000 and improve sustainability by removing under-used devices from campus.
