Intuitive Business Intelligence Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. The following policy details how we protect, control and process your data, and provides information about your rights as a data subject.
For the purposes of this agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s services including all products and offerings we provide. This notice should be read alongside any further processing notices or information we supply to you. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to our Company Intuitive Business Intelligence Ltd of West One, 114 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 1BA., registered as a limited company in England and Wales as company number 07309070. “You” and “your” refers to you, as a user of Service.
By using or otherwise interacting with our services and our website you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This does not affect your rights under the Data Protection Act to view, amend or erase the personal data we hold about you.

Collection of personal data
Intuitive Business Intelligence Ltd collects relevant personal data that is obtained:
- Through direct interactions with an individual
- Through a connected individual (in good faith) during the course of our provision of service (for example, when members of a client’s project team are included in communications with us).
- Through data sources already in the public domain
- Through use of our services, including our website and social media platforms
- Through use of any modules or add-ons provided to you in connection with third party services that we integrate or otherwise supply our services in conjunction with.
Our policy is to collect and use only the personal data necessary for agreed purposes (as described below) and provide the best service possible.
Who is collecting the data and how do we use it?
Intuitive Business Intelligence Limited is acting as the “data controller” in relation to the processing of your personal data as described in this policy.
Your personal data may be sensitively and confidentially processed by data processors working on behalf of Intuitive Business Intelligence, including but not limited to Intuitive Business Intelligence, Legato Marketing and Ewin Woodward. Due diligence is regularly carried out to ensure that our data processors have suitable practices in place to ensure that your personal data remains safe and secure.
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing our services
Our design and deployment services require us to process personal data about our clients in order to deliver on our contractual obligations. This includes communicating effectively prior to, during and after a project. We may also process personal data in order to request feedback once a project has concluded based our legitimate interest in improving our services and better understanding our clients’ needs.
In the course of providing a service to you and in order to fulfil a commission, we may also need to disclose data to trusted subcontractors, on the basis of performing our contractual obligations to you - Developing our businesses and services where we determine that our legitimate interest in doing this does not outweigh your right to privacy.
- Manage and improve our website
Including allowing you to make use of interactive features (such as online demos), if you chose to do so. For example we may track how people use our website and the services we provide through it, Where we track users in a way that could identify them, we delete any personal data as soon as possible in order to create aggregated non-personally identifiable data that we will then use for statistical and other analysis purposes. - Providing our clients and business associates with general information and updates
Unless you have opted out expressly by notice to us, we may use your information to identify requirements and personalise our service to you and market related products and services to you on the basis of our legitimate interests. This may include sending you details of services or products which may be relevant to you because they are closely related to the services you have requested or expressed an interest in, or to provide updates that we reasonably believe those will be of interest to you (for example, showcases, brochures etc). If you don’t wish to be contacted for these purposes, please make this clear to your Intuitive Business Intelligence contact or contact us directly or follow the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
Please note: There may be occasions where it becomes necessary for us to contact you, such as for purposes of updating your information, in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act and UKGDPR. - Complying with any requirement of law or regulation
In the course of providing our services, we may be subject to certain legal, regulatory and professional obligations. Records to demonstrate that our services are provided in compliance with those obligations will be kept securely. If it is necessary, these records may contain personal data. - Enforcing your right not to be contacted
If you ask us not to contact you, we will keep relevant information to ensure that this does not happen. For example, your email address. If you ask us to delete all your personal data then we may not be able to prevent you from receiving further marketing in the future if you later sign up to another of our products or services. You may instead wish us to retain your data so that we know not to send marketing to you for example. - Performing web analytics and display advertising

Our website takes advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. What data is being collected?
The collection and processing of personal data is limited to contact information and information which many help us tailor our services and / or communications to you.
The information we collect may include:
- Full name and title
- job title
- company or employer name and contact information,
- preferred email address and other contact details including telephone number
- the geographical location of the contact’s primary place of work
- the IP address associated with your internet connection
- A record of email communications – to allow us to provide the best service to each of our contacts
- Unique identifiers provided to us by third parties where required for our services to work or integrate with third parties
- Number of downloads and measurements of usage of relevant services – whilst this isn’t personal data by itself it is linked to other personal data temporarily in order for us to ensure it isn’t duplicated and to manage resource/demand. We anonymise and aggregate this information as soon as possible after collecting it.
We ask that you limit what personal data you include in any free text communications with us and limit this to only that which is necessary in the circumstances. We reserve the right to delete any personal information that we do not consider necessary for us to retain.
Disclosure of information
Third Party IT Systems
Where necessary, Intuitive Business Intelligence uses secure third-party IT systems such as Hubspot to process personal information about contacts and customers. Hubspot, Inc provide services to us acting as a processor under our instruction based in the United States of America and their privacy policy is available at: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy
Intuitive Business Intelligence takes reasonable precautions to ensure that our software and that of the third parties we use is secure and trustworthy prior to use.
Other Data Processors
Personal data will be visible to and processed by authorised Intuitive Business Intelligence staff members (“internal data processors”) and contracted consultants (“external data processors”) that will have access only to the information that is necessary to carry out their contractual obligations to Intuitive Business Intelligence (for example to provide digital marketing or business development services). Personal data will always be shared, accessed or viewed securely.
Intuitive Business Intelligence Ltd is obliged to ensure that all data processors (internal and external) are held to the same high standards, that they are compliant with relevant legislation (Such as the EU and UK GDPR), that they fully adhere to Intuitive Business Intelligence’s data protection policy and that the data is used solely for providing services to Intuitive Business Intelligence. Intuitive Business Intelligence will monitor and regularly review the activities of all its data processors. Data shared with an authorised data processor will be deleted or securely disposed of by that processor when it is no longer required unless that data processor also needs to act as a controller in relation to some of your personal data which you provide directly to them and those third parties will inform you of this where applicable in their own privacy notices. .
Intuitive Business Intelligence will never sell any personal contact data to any third party whether for their own marketing or any other purposes whatsoever for any reason.
Data retention and right to access
We will retain the personal data processed by us for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as that data is required by applicable law or regulation, or to ensure your rights are enforced.
At any time, an individual has the right to request access to the data that we hold on them. They also have the right to update and/or rectify any inaccurate or incomplete data that we hold. Our contacts can also instruct us to erase their data or withdraw any prior consent that has been given in the way that the data is processed although that doesn’t affect the lawfulness of processing we’ve already carried out. Data access requests will be processed within 30 days unless we tell you that we need more time for some reason or if we need further information in order to process that request. In order to safeguard your data, we may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to view or obtain your personal information.
Merger or Acquisition
In the event that Intuitive Business Intelligence (or one of our data processors) undergoes a business transaction such as a merger or partial / full acquisition by another company, your Personal Information may be among the assets included in the transaction. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our (or our data processor’s) business must continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy or their own policy or other notice, in accordance with the permissions you have agreed to.
External Websites
The Intuitive Business Intelligence website and some of our communications may contain links to other third-party websites and those websites might contain links back to our site. These websites are not covered by our privacy policy and following these links may result in data being collected about you by their operator in accordance to their own privacy policy. We will tell you if third parties supply any personal data to us wherever that is applicable.
Changes to this policy
Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be placed here and will supersede this version of our Policy. We will take reasonable steps to draw your attention to any changes in our Policy. However, to be on the safe side, we suggest that you read this document each time you use the website to ensure that it still meets with your approval.

Your rights are not affected or reduced by this policy
Whilst this policy relates to our customers based in the EU and the UK, but if there are any local privacy laws applicable to you that provide additional protections we will endeavour to respect and comply with all such obligations if you notify us of those requirements. Data protection laws are developing globally at quite a fast pace and so rather than set them all out in this policy, we instead simply promise to you that we will do our best to comply with any applicable legal requirements you notify us of from time to time.
