Roger’s our CEO, and co-founded Intuitive 10 years ago with the aim of making data visualisation actually intuitive! A serial entrepreneur, he is passionate about using his business experience to help our partners add real value to their customers. He isn’t afraid to give an honest opinion and cut through the technology hype. When he’s not solving technical challenges, Roger is a keen rugby referee, and also enjoys a decent glass of red wine in his favourite London restaurant.
Catherine’s job is to keep us all on track and organised. She’s worked in Finance for her whole career and has the qualifications to prove it. Catherine loves working to achieve the best product for our partners and collaborating with the entire team to achieve this. She enjoys having fun with her young family and going running to make up for the occasional slice of chocolate cake.
Colin works with our partners to understand what makes them tick. By understanding their software, customers and market dynamics, we can create meaningful dashboard solutions that deliver real value. Colin likes a challenge in his personal time too – splitting his time between sailing in the Lake District and spending time with his grandchildren.
Tim is the lead developer of all our software. He loves the challenge of solving technical problems, and researching all of the exciting new technology options we can use. When he’s not glued to his laptop, he will be either playing his guitar or indulging in a spot of light reading.
Catherine’s an experienced B2B marketing specialist. She loves translating the technical stuff into language that business people can relate to. Intuitive challenges her to get a closer understanding of the different business sectors of our partners. And outside of work, she is an expert juggler, running her family and free time with the same sort of attention to detail given to her work.
Sophie’s role is multi-faceted: working with key clients, helping to develop their understanding of the product and providing support where necessary. Sophie also runs our social media accounts, provides regular newsletters to our partners and supports partner events. She enjoys the variety of her role – no day is the same, but she particularly enjoys developing strong client relationships. Out of work, Sophie plays the guitar (ask for an intro and she can play it) and is trying to master the game of squash.
Kieran’s role is to make sure our partners have everything they need to propose Intuitive dashboards for Print management and more. He enjoys meeting new and existing partners throughout our global network of ASCs and helping them to achieve growth. In his spare time, you will find him at Anfield watching his beloved Liverpool, on the golf course or travelling the globe in his effort to visit 50 countries by the time he`s 30.
James works within our Product Management team and creates dashboard solutions that answer key customer questions. He loves being able to help users gather more meaning than they thought was possible and help them get more out of their data. As normal life is resumed, he's hoping to make a few Arsenal matches, and a trip to see the F1 in the future.
Anish works with our sales and product teams to deliver the Intuitive products to our sales channel. With 5 years experience as a Technology Analyst and a Masters Degree in Data Science for Business, he always provides just the right assistance to our partners to ensure success. This year, Anish hopes to dust off his passport and explore different parts of the world.
As an investor and non-executive director, Martin brings a wealth of experience, garnered during a 35 year IT career. A keen motorcyclist who loves touring around Europe's more adventurous routes. If he's not at the top of a high pass in the Alps, he can be found, every June, with his father and brother, at the Isle of Man TT races.
Neil is our chairman and brings a wealth of experience to Intuitive, which he uses to guide the strategic development of the business. Like all of us at Intuitive, Neil shares the passion we have for our solutions. And when he’s not giving strategic advice, you can find Neil on the golf course, watching sport or travelling.
As an investor and non-executive director, John makes sure we keep on the straight and narrow. He enjoys the challenge of working with a team of enthusiasts. And outside of work you’ll find him up a mountain, on an aeroplane or spending time with family.
