- Our BI Connector presents not only print usage data, but also copy and scan data too.
- The Intuitive ETL service polls the data link on a periodic basis so that once you have completed set up, your data will always be up to date.
Sign up to the Beta Test of Intuitive for PaperCut Hive dashboards
Intuitive invites you to join their free beta test of the Intuitive for PaperCut Hive dashboards in the Cloud taking place during Q3 2023 (July- September) prior to commercial availability in September .
The Dashboards will be hosted in Intuitive’s new cloud platform hosted in Microsoft Azure and connected to your PaperCut Hive instance.
Data will flow automatically into the dashboards so that when you log in you are seeing up-to-date data.
You will need to enable your Intuitive Add-On in the PaperCut Hive user interface and let us know your OrgID so that we can get you set up.
Intuitive BI Connector for PaperCut Hive
The Intuitive BI Connector for PaperCut Hive allows you to connect your print data to Intuitive’s pre-integrated BI solution which has a set of 4 visual print management dashboards included.
- Highly visual, easy to use dashboards that can be personalised to match your organisation’s needs
- Remove the need to manually create reports, turn them into graphics and distribute to key people who need the information.
- The Intuitive BI Connector uses PaperCut’s API to ensure the most accurate and up to date information is available.
- Our BI Connector downloads not only print usage data, but also copy and scan data too.
- 4 pre-configured dashboards ready for you to start using straight away.

What do you get?
- You will be provided with up to 5 named viewer licences for our pre-configured dashboards which will present up to date data from your PaperCut Hive system.
What do we ask of you?
- Log in weekly to the dashboards and review data in each of the four dashboards to check they are in line with what you are expecting to see, and provide us any feedback you have on them.
What to expect?
This is a beta-test programme, meaning that performance could be impacted at certain points and data access could be limited or suspended at any time. Please also note that our datacentre is based in the UK.
