Intuitive announces new PaperCut Hive (Cloud) Dashboards

Leading Print Management and Print Analytics solutions provider, Intuitive Business Intelligence, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new Intuitive for PaperCut Hive (Cloud) Dashboards, available via Intuitive’s network of Advanced Partners and Authorised Solution Centres. This is a huge leap forward for Intuitive’s print solutions as we are now able to provide the same powerful data insights associated with Intuitive dashboards, but now fully hosted in the cloud. 

The new Intuitive for PaperCut Hive (Cloud) dashboards are securely hosted in Microsoft’s Azure cloud infrastructure. This eliminates the need for on premise installation or additional hardware and provides a hassle-free integration experience, with all set up being taken care of by Intuitive. 

Intuitive for PaperCut Hive dashboards are pre-integrated meaning that users will be up and running within hours with interactive views of their print, scan and copy usage.

The cloud solution includes a series of pre-configured dashboards as standard including: 

• Executive Summary – A high level overview of the top 20 users & printers, number of users, total pages. 
• Top 100 Documents – Identify the most printed documents. 
• User Analysis Dashboards provide a detailed view of job-level activities per user over the last 30 days.
• Printer Analysis shows details on your print estate, printer usage and activity.
• Scan Analysis – a summary of scan activity that can be analysed by scan destination.
• Daily / Weekly provides a detailed view of daily printing including colour consumption, and top jobs by volume.
